Finger puppets to break the ice at an OU MBA creative problem solving workshop

I love the idea of pulling out a bag of finger puppets during a creative problem solving workshop and understood from our tutor Bob Wherret how this might work out.

Having run plenty of children’s party games for my children as they have grown up I am used to getting out masks and hats; this seems to be of the same ilk.

Perhaps once people know each other and you know them, if spirits are flagging and the evening meal is only an hour away?

To break the mood?

To have people talking in different voices.

To inject some vital ‘playfulness’.

People say that B822 ‘Creativity Innovation & Change’ changes people and how you do things. It has proved an invaluable diversion from the MA in Open & Distance Education for me.
