Innovative online learning for H807 ‘Innovations in E-learning.’

In 1995 San Jose University created ‘Mission Critical.’

This website is still live and while a blunt edge, rather than at the cutting edge of e-learning, as we now call it, this is nonetheless a valid early example.

Where the OU gets it wrong in H807 is to expect Net Savvy students to consider reviewing websites created in 2002/2003 as innovative; many are not, worse they fail on many levels and were long ago superseded.

The OU needs a way to re:fresh content and resources, especially for a module called ‘Innovations in E-learning.’
